Project Highlights: This LEED Silver project consists of partial demolition of the existing structure, multiple additions, and remodeling to an existing structure. The structure will house classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, meeting rooms, engineering technology labs, and offices. Work includes: site work, drilled piers, landscaping, foundation walls and slabs, unit masonry walls and partitions, metal decking, steel columns, steel joists, interior woodwork, sheet metal flashing and trims, fluid air barriers, PVC roofing, hollow metal door and frames, overhead and sectional doors, aluminum storefront framing and glazing, aluminum curtain-wall, finish hardware, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings, carpeting, paint, specialties, window treatments and elevators. The mechanical system utilizes geothermal technology.
