Hershy Lofts – Enhancing Community
The Hershey building was constructed in 1908 in Muscatine, Iowa, to house the Hershey State Bank. While the building exchanged owners over the years, Bush Development purchased the property in 2018 and renovated the five-story building into 25 market-rate apartments and commercial/retail space. The space has been occupied by tenants and office space since late 2019.
The building consists of 5 studios, 15 one-bedroom units, and 5 two-bedroom units that feature high-end amenities including on-floor storage, in-unit laundry, and full-size kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Residential tenants also enjoy a full-size fitness center and a business lounge located on the mezzanine floor.
