Women In Construction Week: Celebrating Success with Becky Avise & Stephanie Hintermeister

The National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC) is comprised of 115 chapters across the country and offers members educational and networking opportunities to help advance their careers. NAWIC is also responsible for establishing Women In Construction (WIC) Week. This year, WIC Weeks takes place March 7-13 and aims to highlight women as a viable component of the industry.

Listen to our conversation with Becky Avise and Stephanie, Bush Construction employees and NAWIC Quad Cities Chapter #50 officers, about their growing involvement with the association, how they have progressed in their careers, and how they are educating youth, especially girls, about careers in construction.
