This project added 95,000 SF of administrative, laboratory, maintenance and control room space at the LyondellBasell facility in Clinton, Iowa. It also included site utilities, parking lots, landscaping, and demolition of structures.
Bush Construction worked closely with the owner and owner’s representatives and provided a critical path method project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project and provided a detailed execution plan.
