As Preconstruction Manager for Bush’s St. Louis operations, Josh leads projects from early planning through final completion – ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. He manages field operations, coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintains momentum through clear communication and proactive leadership.
With a career focused entirely on design-build delivery, Josh brings extensive experience across commercial, multifamily, historic rehabilitation, food-grade facilities, cold storage, and structural concrete. His depth of technical knowledge and on-site leadership allows him to navigate complexity with precision.
