Bio

Josh oversees St. Louis construction projects from planning to completion. His relationships with subcontractors and suppliers help to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. He manages and leads the construction team, resolving any issues that may arise during the project and makes certain that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Josh enjoys finding new solutions to the challenges that inevitably arise when one digs a hold or opens a wall. His background is exclusively design-build construction, with project management experience including commercial and multi-family construction, rehabilitation of historic buildings, cold storage warehouses, food production facilities, home-building and home remodeling, and structural concrete.
