Bio

Leslie is responsible for helping with the implementation of programs and practices that build and support a highly engaged team. In addition to her role in fostering a positive and organized work environment, Leslie oversees many office operations and contract administration while ensuring seamless communication between our project teams. With many years of experience in construction administration, Leslie has a deep understanding of industry best practices, including document control, risk management, and subcontractor relations, which are critical for the smooth execution of our projects.  She ensures that our team has the support needed to deliver exceptional results for our clients: high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

 

Leslie effectively coordinates with all departments, including Development, Design, and Build, to ensure that every administrative function aligns with our Core Values, and supports the operational excellence of Bush Construction.
