Bio
As Director of Design at Bush Construction, Sarah Gibson leads the creative direction and execution of design across a broad range of project types – from detailed interior renovations to complex urban developments. With a global design background and a keen eye for both aesthetics and functionality, Sarah ensures every project is not only visually compelling but also purpose-driven and buildable.
She excels at translating client visions into innovative, multi-faceted design solutions tailored to their goals. Sarah’s process is grounded in collaboration and listening – blending creative exploration with technical insight to produce outcomes that are meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with Bush’s integrated design-build model.
Based in St. Louis, Sarah also plays a strategic role in expanding Bush’s design presence across new markets and sectors.
