Woodridge Supportive Living Memory Care Addition
Bush Construction partnered with WoodRidge to expand its senior living campus in Geneseo, Illinois with a 28-unit memory care addition designed to provide residents with a safe and welcoming environment. The new wing includes a reception area, wheelchair-accessible resident rooms and showers, along with shared spaces such as a movie room, game room, and laundry facilities that support both residents and caregivers.
Throughout construction, our team worked closely with the owner to overcome an unexpected design challenge at the connection point to the existing building, developing a practical solution that kept the project moving forward. The result was a successful addition delivered 27 calendar days ahead of schedule and within budget, providing the owner with expanded capacity and enhanced care spaces sooner than expected.
